Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when and how you may receive a refund for purchases made through Pook Audio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Pook Audio is a trading name of Ayal Yishay, sole proprietor, operating under the laws of the State of Israel.
All purchases, billing, and refund processing are handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our merchant of record. Pook Audio does not directly process payments or issue refunds — all refund requests are processed through Paddle.
This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Subscription Refunds
Pook Audio offers a subscription-based service. We provide a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment, provided that no Credits included with that payment have been consumed. To qualify, you must submit your refund request within 14 days of the initial subscription charge and your account must show no Credit usage during that period.
Outside of the 14-day money-back guarantee, subscription payments are non-refundable. This includes renewal payments and any subscription period during which Credits have been consumed.
If you cancel your subscription mid-billing period, you retain full access to the Service and your generated plugins until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated, partial, or proportional refunds are provided for the unused portion of a billing period.
Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights described in Section 5.
3. Credits
Credits are the virtual currency used within the Service to generate plugins. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
No refunds are provided for Credits that have been consumed. Once a Credit is used to generate a plugin, that transaction is final and non-reversible.
Refund requests for unconsumed Credits included in a subscription payment are handled as part of the subscription refund process described in Section 2 above.
4. Demo Credits
New users receive a one-time allocation of demo Credits upon account creation at no cost. Demo Credits are provided free of charge and are not eligible for refunds or monetary compensation under any circumstances.
5. Statutory Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), or the United Kingdom (UK), you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction date under the Consumer Rights Directive (EU) 2011/83/EU or equivalent UK legislation.
By subscribing to the Service and using it before the 14-day withdrawal period expires, you acknowledge that the performance of the digital content service begins immediately upon subscription. You may still exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, but the refund amount may be reduced proportionally to reflect the services already provided.
If you are a consumer located in Israel, you may have a statutory right to cancel a distance transaction within 14 days of the transaction date under the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981, subject to the conditions and exceptions set forth in that law.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Please include the following information in your request:
- The email address associated with your Pook Audio account.
- The date of the charge you are requesting a refund for.
- The reason for your refund request.
We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and work with Paddle to process eligible refunds. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
You may also contact Paddle directly through the receipt email you received at the time of purchase, which contains a link to manage your subscription and request refunds.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Pook Audio reserves the right to dispute chargebacks that we believe to be fraudulent or unjustified, and to take appropriate action in accordance with our Terms of Service.
8. Changes to This Policy
Pook Audio may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. Changes to this policy do not affect refund requests already submitted before the effective date.
